Shipping policy

We now ship to 27 counties across Europe 

Shipping costs to countries outside of the UK will be calculated at checkout  

within the UK shipping will be calculated at £2.99 for standard delivery (for a limited time) and FREE for purchases over £30 and £5.99 for express 1-3 day delivery and £7.99 express delivery for purchases over £50

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK

We will always endeavour to cover all tariff and custom charges where we can and within reason.  In the event that you additional charges are required to fulfil delivery which are imposed by the delivery country and its postal network, these charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.  

We are constantly striving to improve and reduce shipping costs for all customers.

ORDERS RECEIVED WILL ONLY BE GUARANTEED TO BE POSTED OUT MONDAY TO FRIDAY, EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS. ORDERS PLACED AT THE WEEKEND WILL BE POSTED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

DELAYS CAUSED BY DELIVERY CARRIER OR OTHER DELAYS OUTSIDE THE CONTROL OF SOULFUL CANDLES SUCH AS WEATHER OR MAJOR DISRUPTIONS WILL BE LOOKED AT ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS BUT ULTIMATELY ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SOULFUL CANDLES UK LTD. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues with the delivery of your parcel. Your contract is with Soulful Candles UK and not the courier so we will do everything we can to resolve the matter for you.
